Quiet

The scenes from the “Quiet” series are my research that began during the pandemic in 2020. I see this series as a collaboration with other authors. In moments of social restriction, when it is not possible to travel, you involuntarily spy on the world of surrounding beauty through social networks. The “Quiet” series found its existence with the help of analogue photographs of other artists. As references for my arts, I used photos of natural landscapes by Tatyana Romakhova, Evgenia Frolova, Daria Klementieva.

The paintings are based on working with color spots, textures and composition. Through the photo, I came up with my own impressions, subordinated to a single theme: peace, harmony and appeasement. These states can be achieved regardless of surrounding circumstances, location and financial resources. When you look at these giants of natural beauty, even through the prism of your phone screen, you involuntarily think about questions of the universe.

The photo for the first work from the landscape series was provided by Tatyana Romakhova. On the art is Israel, the Dead Sea.
